Yes absolutely! Bespoke themes can be fully catered for but may incur an additional cost. Please bear in mind we will need some time to plan and create your bespoke theme, so try to give us plenty of notice.

Each teepee requires 1.9m x 1.2m and each Den 1.7m x 1m . If you would like us to take a look at the available space feel free to send us pictures or videos, or in some cases we can take a look for you.

On average our parties take between 1 and 2 hours to set up depending on the size of the party.

On the day of the party we usually set up between the hours of 9.30am and 2.30pm, however we will discuss a preferred set up time with you after booking. Collection will be the following day unless otherwise agreed.

Please ensure the space is clear of all obstructing furniture and all floors have been cleaned. Please ensure no other persons or animals are in the area/room whilst the party is being set up and styled. 

Yes, we request a £50 deposit to secure your party date and theme choice. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of your booking your chosen date and theme will be released. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 working days before your party. Failure to pay the final balance in this time could result in your party being cancelled.

We accept payment by either bank transfer or PayPal.

Yes, a bond of £50 will be taken as a minimum security fee against damage to our equipment. The security bond can be transferred or paid in cash. Once all equipment has been checked and accounted for the bond will be returned either in part or full to you, provided all hired equipment is returned and undamaged.

Yes, you can make amendments to your party subject to availability, we will always try to accommodate. We will confirm all details 7 working days prior to your chosen date, if the client chooses to downgrade their party after this time the original price will still be charged.

Cancellations can be made 14 days prior to your chosen party date. The £50 deposit is non refundable, but it can be used to secure an alternative date within 90 days of the original party date.

We really don’t want to have to cancel any bookings but if circumstances such as serious illness or acts of god prevent us from fulfilling our contract we will provide a full refund. However if we have to cancel the booking because the client has broken our terms and conditions then the client will be liable for the full amount.

Areas within a 15-mile radius of NG3 are included in the booking. We are happy to provide parties further afield however, a nominal charge will apply to cover additional travel expenses. Please bear in mind that each party requires us to make 4 journeys.

Yes, we have full public liability insurance, however this does not cover damage to our equipment. If our equipment is damaged whilst in your care you will be liable for the replacement costs.
